It is highly recommended that preparatory exercises be performed before doing Sarvangasana. These exercises help strengthen the abdominal and lower back muscles. It is also suggested to do some simple neck exercises apart from the leg raising exercises which are demonstrated in the video.
Sarvangasana is the Yogasana in which the entire body is lifted up such that the whole body weight is supported using shoulders and hands.
Note: – Supervision of an Experienced Yoga instructor is highly recommended for learning Yoga.
