Vajrasana, or the diamond pose, involves sitting on the heels. It is the only pose that can be done on a full stomach.
Sit straight in Sughasana. Stretch out the legs. Slowly bend the legs one by one until you are seated between your feet. Stretch the hands forward and place your palms covering the knees.
The pose is ideal for practicing meditation and breathing exercises like Pranayama, Kapalabhati, and Anulom Vilom.
